Digital sound adjustment and sound tests
We offer our customers, who either have to travel a very long way or do not have the time or the possibility to come to Berlin to play their instrument themselves due to travel restrictions, either to send a high-quality recording of a sound sample of their instrument or to play and adjust the sound of their instrument together with them online with a musician from Berlin.
Special recording equipment is available for this purpose and, if desired, everything can be transmitted live at the same time.
Shipping
If it is not possible to pick up the instrument personally, we offer to ship the instrument worldwide.
The instruments are insured by us, customs clearance is taken care of by the forwarding agent and the instrument is packed by us so securely that it arrives undamaged at its destination.
